Shipping Policy – Vemorina
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via www.vemorina.com and must be read in conjunction with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
1. Shipping destinations
Vemorina currently ships to the countries and regions indicated on the website during the checkout process. Availability of shipping destinations may be modified at any time without prior notice.
2. Shipping methods and carriers
Orders are delivered via external third-party carriers selected by Vemorina. The choice of carrier depends on the destination, package characteristics and logistical availability.
Vemorina is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Processing time refers to the period required to prepare an order for shipment and does not include transit time.
Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. Delivery time
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website or communicated to the customer are indicative only and do not constitute a binding delivery date.
In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, delivery shall take place no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
5. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the moment the goods are physically delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer at the delivery address.
If the customer provides incorrect, incomplete or invalid delivery information, any resulting delay, loss or additional cost shall be borne entirely by the customer.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is finalized. Any additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts, address errors or refusal of delivery may be charged to the customer.
7. Tracking information
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Vemorina cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy or real-time functionality of tracking systems operated by third-party carriers.
8. Partial shipments
Vemorina reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments, without additional cost to the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by local authorities, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website.
Vemorina has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.
10. Force majeure
Vemorina shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, supply chain issues, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental measures or force majeure events.
11. Undeliverable or refused shipments
If an order is returned to Vemorina due to failed delivery attempts, refusal by the customer or non-collection, the handling of such return shall be governed by the applicable Return Policy. Additional costs may be deducted from any refund.
