Where is your parcel?

We ship the same day for orders placed before 17:00 on business days. After that, the carrier takes over. You can track your order’s journey below.

Check the order confirmation email we sent you. Subject: "Order #XXXX is on its way".

Tracking can lag the first 24 hours. If nothing changes after 48 hours, message us.

BE/NL = 1-2 days · Rest of EU = 2-4 days from shipping. Past that, we'll help find it.
