Before it ships (we ship within 48 hours, Mon–Fri): reply to your order confirmation, or message us via our contact form, and we'll update the size, the shipping address, or cancel it. Once it has shipped, the easiest path is to receive it and return what doesn't work within 14 days.

That shouldn't happen. Every order leaves us hand-checked. If it does: photograph the issue and message us via our contact form within 7 days. We send a replacement or refund the same day. Return shipping in this case is on us, with no restocking fees.

The size guide on the product page maps your usual bra size to ours. Most mothers keep their pre-pregnancy band size and go up one cup. Between two sizes? Size up, not down. Yes, for the typical between-feed leak. Each cup absorbs up to 30 ml, equivalent to two saturated nursing pads.

Machine wash at 30°C with similar colours. Hang dry. The fabric is built for repeated wash cycles. Like any garment that gets soaked through, give it time to fully dry between wears. That's why most mothers keep 2 or 3 in rotation.

Message us via our contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send you a return label. The packaging seal must be intact, for hygiene reasons. Once we receive the parcel, your refund is processed within 5 working days.

Within 5 working days of us receiving your return. We let you know the moment the refund leaves us. From your bank's side, EUR transfers usually clear the same day, and some credit cards take 1–3 working days to show.
