What's your minimum order quantity?
Our starter tier begins at 12 units, mixed sizes if needed. We keep MOQs low so smaller boutiques can test before committing to bigger orders.
How does shipping work for retailers?
We ship from our Belgium warehouse. Lead time on orders is 3-5 business days within EU. Restocks ship as fast as stock allows.
What's the production lead time for larger orders?
When items are in stock, orders ship within a few business days. Larger orders, or restocks beyond current inventory, are produced in small batches and typically need 6 to 12 weeks lead time. We confirm exact dates per order, and we'd rather quote honest timelines than overpromise on speed.
