Refund policy
Returns Policy – Vemorina
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made via www.vemorina.com and must be read in conjunction with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.
2. Conditions for return
Returned items will only be accepted if they meet all of the following conditions:
– the product has not been actively worn or used
– the product has not been washed
– the product shows no signs of use, wear, damage, odor or contamination
– the product has only been tried on briefly for fit assessment, comparable to fitting in a physical store
– all original labels and tags remain attached and intact
– the product is returned in its original packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded only partially, in accordance with applicable law.
3. Hygiene and use limitations
Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie products must remain in a condition suitable for resale.
Any form of use beyond what is necessary to assess size and fit is considered active use. This includes, but is not limited to, prolonged wearing, physical activity, exposure to bodily fluids, stains, odors or other signs of use.
For products intended for postpartum or nursing use, including but not limited to postpartum or nursing bras, items showing traces of breast milk or other bodily fluids cannot be accepted for return.
4. Assessment of returned items
Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected.
If the product shows signs of use, wear or hygiene compromise, Vemorina reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a depreciation reflecting the loss in value, up to the full purchase price, as permitted by law.
5. Return procedure
Before returning any item, the customer must notify Vemorina by contact form within the withdrawal period.
The return request must include:
– the order reference
– confirmation that the item has not been worn, washed or actively used and was only tried on
– the reason for return, for quality and product improvement purposes
Returns sent without prior notification may be refused.
6. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipment of the return and for any loss or damage during return transport.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal notification.
Vemorina may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received and inspected, or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Defective or incorrect products
If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer must contact Vemorina without undue delay via contact form. In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by Vemorina.
Issues related to fit, comfort or personal preference do not qualify as defects.
9. Non-collectable or refused shipments
Shipments that are refused by the customer or not collected and returned to Vemorina will be handled in accordance with this Returns Policy. Shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund.
